CardCure Terms and Conditions

Working on trading cards involves inherent risk. By purchasing and using CardCure products, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All CardCure products are used entirely at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

Cleaning and restoration products have natural limitations, and results may vary depending on the card’s condition and the method of application. We strongly recommend practising on bulk or low-value cards before using any product on valuable items.

By purchasing from CardCure, you accept that the user assumes all responsibility for how the products are applied and the outcomes that may result.

Product Use and Expected Results

CardCure products are designed to help clean and improve the appearance of trading cards that show signs of surface wear, dents, or similar imperfections. While careful use may improve the appearance of some cards, results will vary depending on the user’s technique, experience, and the original condition of the card.

Any attempt to restore or improve a card carries unavoidable risk. These risks may include additional damage or permanent changes to the card. By using CardCure products, you acknowledge and accept these possibilities.

CardCure cannot be held responsible for unexpected outcomes, including physical alterations, reduced market value, or changes to a card’s collectible status.

Professional Grading

Although CardCure Cleaning Spray is designed to leave no visible residue or scent, cards that have been cleaned or treated with any product may potentially be classified as “altered” by professional grading companies.

CardCure makes no guarantees regarding grading outcomes and accepts no responsibility if a grading service determines that a card has been altered or modified.

Product Safety and Storage

CardCure products should be used only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. Products should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

CardCure accepts no responsibility for misuse, improper storage, or use of products in ways other than their intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to cards, loss of market value, loss of collectible status, or financial loss.

By purchasing and using CardCure products, the user agrees to assume all associated risks.

Returns and Replacements

All sales are final.

Products that arrive damaged during shipping may be eligible for replacement. Any such issue must be reported via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
